Frequently asked questions

Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business day and arrive in 5 to 14 business days, depending on your country. Every order is tracked from dispatch to your door.

Shipping is free in Europe on orders over €69. For other orders, the cost is calculated at checkout based on your country, before you pay. In some countries outside the EU, local customs may also charge import duties or taxes on delivery.

Yes. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link, and the tracking number also appears in your Minibricks® account. A new tracking number can take 24 to 72 hours to show its first update.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Customers in the EU can withdraw without giving a reason, sale items included. Email hello@minibricks.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address. Please don't send your parcel to the address on the shipping label: that's the courier's warehouse, not ours. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Email hello@minibricks.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the outer box, the Collector's Box and the building pieces. We'll send replacement pieces or a new set at no cost.

We can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it hasn't left our warehouse. Email hello@minibricks.com straight away with your order number. We can also add a set to an order that hasn't shipped: we'll email you an invoice to pay for it.

Yes, within 24 hours and as long as your order hasn't left our warehouse. Email hello@minibricks.com with your order number and the full new address. If your parcel has already shipped, contact the local delivery company shown on your tracking page. We don't deliver to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers or automated pickup points.

Check your spam and promotions folders, or log in to your Minibricks® account: if the order is there, it's confirmed. If you can't find it, email hello@minibricks.com with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend it.

Check with your neighbours and building reception, around your home, and on the tracking page for a pickup point or delivery photo. If it's still missing, email hello@minibricks.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll open a claim with the courier.

Yes. Wholesale orders start at 100 units. Tell us about your business through Become a Business Partner and we'll reply with pricing and availability.

Yes. Our building pieces fit all major building brick systems, so you can combine them with the collection you already have.

Most of our cars are 1:24 scale and around 19 cm long. Some models use other scales, such as 1:32. The exact scale, size and piece count are listed under Build specs on each product page.

Every set comes with all the building pieces, a printed book of building instructions and a Collector's Box with exclusive artwork. Selected models also include a display container.

Some of our models are officially licensed, and this is clearly marked on the product page. All other models are original designs, created by our team and a network of independent designers. Selected models are developed with PowerBuild®.

Every set includes a printed book of building instructions inside the box. Sets bought before May 2026 came with digital instructions instead: if you need them, email hello@minibricks.com with your order number and the set name, and we'll send them to you.

It happens. Email hello@minibricks.com with your order number, the set name and a photo of the building instructions page with the piece circled, and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Our sets are designed for collectors aged 14 and over, and every set comes with clear, step-by-step printed building instructions. The piece count and build time on each product page show what to expect.

Cars of up to 450 pieces take about 1 to 2 hours, and larger cars 2 to 3 hours. Garages and other big builds take longer, up to 10 to 12 hours for the largest. Each product page shows the build time.
