Welcome to Minibricks®. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using our website.

1. Use of the website

a. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, including descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free, complete, or current. In the event of an obvious error, we reserve the right to correct it and, where this affects your order, to inform you and offer you the choice of continuing at the corrected price or cancelling for a full refund.
b. Prices are subject to change, but the price displayed at the time you place your order is the price applicable to that order. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required; shipping charges and any customs duties are indicated separately and explained in our Shipping Policy.
3. Orders and payment
a. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and a contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons of product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Where we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
b. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your shipping address, email address, and payment details, and to keep it current.
c. Payment is due in full at the time of placing the order, unless a different arrangement (such as a pre-order or subscription) is offered and selected. We accept the payment methods indicated on our website.

5. Returns, refunds, and right of withdrawal

6. Intellectual property
a. All content and materials on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, building instructions, and software, are the property of Minibricks® or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display our intellectual property without our prior written permission. This does not extend to third-party trademarks or designs that may be referenced descriptively, which remain the property of their respective owners. 7. Limitation of liability
a. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any of your statutory rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
b. Subject to paragraph (a), and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Minibricks® and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or the purchase of products, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
c. Subject to paragraph (a), our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
8. Indemnification
a. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Minibricks® and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of our website. This paragraph does not apply to consumers acting outside their trade, business, or profession, except in respect of losses caused by their own fraud or unlawful conduct.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
a. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
b. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

a. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on our website. The version applicable to your order is the one in effect at the time you place it.
