Yes. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at info@minibricks.com to initiate a return.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order enters our fulfilment process and changes are no longer possible. Contact us immediately at info@minibricks.com if you need to make a change.

Address changes are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us at info@minibricks.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.

First check with neighbours and any safe spots around your property. If the package still can't be located, contact us at info@minibricks.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate.

Most Minibricks® models are built at 1:24/32 scale. The exact scale is listed in the Details & dimensions section of each product page.

Every Minibricks® set includes all building pieces, a printed instruction manual, and the Minibricks® blue collector's license plate. Selected models also include a Display Container and Collector's Box with Exclusive Artwork.

Some of our models are officially licensed — these are clearly marked on the product page. All Minibricks® designs are original, created by our in-house team and a network of world-renowned designers. Selected models are developed in collaboration with PowerBuild®.

Yes. Minibricks® has been copied and sold without authorisation by third-party websites. Always purchase from minibricks.com or our official partners. If you're unsure whether a seller is authorised, contact us at info@minibricks.com before purchasing.

All building instructions are available in the My Manuals section of your account. You can access them at any time after purchase by logging in to your Minibricks® account.

Our builds range from beginner-friendly to advanced. Each product page includes a difficulty level so you can choose the right model for your experience. All sets come with clear, step-by-step printed instructions.

Build time varies depending on the model and your experience. Most sets take between 2 and 4 hours. More complex models can take longer — part of the experience.
