The Beetle | Surf Edition is a Minibricks® build developed in collaboration with PowerBuild® across 358 building pieces — vintage Beetle proportions, surf-spec details, and the laid-back attitude that made this silhouette one of the most recognisable shapes in automotive history.
Every detail engineered for authenticity: signature surf-spec design, surf-board accents, vintage colour palette, and the kind of period-correct details that turn this Beetle into a coastal display piece. The iconic Minibricks® blue license plate completes the build with a signature collector's touch.

Build & instructions
The Beetle | Surf Edition ships with illustrated building instructions, made to be kept alongside the model, and building pieces sorted in numbered bags so you can work through the build in stages. Recommended setup: a clean, well-lit surface and a few uninterrupted hours.
Compatibility & quality
Every Minibricks® set is made from high-grade ABS, the same material standard used by the leading building-set brands. Pieces are fully compatible with the major systems you already collect, so you can integrate the model into your setup or customise details with pieces you have on hand. Tolerances are tight by design: each piece clicks with precision and holds shape over years of display.
Care & support
Once built, the model is designed for permanent display. Place it inside the included Display Container to keep dust off, or showcase directly on the shelf. To clean, use a soft brush or compressed air — avoid liquids or chemical solvents that can damage the plastic finish. Lost a piece during the build or after? Reach out to hello@minibricks.com and we'll send a replacement, no questions asked.
