Its a nice kit, everything fit well and went together smoothly. Some of the pictures are a little hard to see exactly what shaped pieces are needed and I was missing 2 pieces for the front end headlight area. It was a good build though.

Loved it, loved assembling it and I love the container and the price for it is worth it. Only minor problem I had was with the assembly of the spoiler-thing. Highly reccommended.

Almost everything about the car is perfect…. Ordering was simple, shipping relatively quick, packaging was great, the instructions are detailed, the only negative about the entire experience was who I had build it! Two of my employees ripped into the bags and ended up throwing an entire bag away. :/ I’m going to end up reordering the GTI and not have any employees “help” build it.

Ordered this for the first time! At first, was skeptical of the design. However, went ahead and ordered. Received the order with a well protected carton and packaging if not 2 layers. Bricks are of quality and easy to assemble and build

I really enjoyed assembling the Volkswagen Golf GTI MK2 model. The final result looks fantastic and captures the iconic details of the original vehicle. The building process was fun and engaging—I was able to complete it in an afternoon while watching a show. The only downside was that the instructions could be a bit clearer in a few places. Some steps required a bit of guesswork, especially for smaller pieces. That said, with a little patience, it all came together nicely. Overall, it's a great product for anyone who enjoys detailed model kits. I’m happy with the outcome and would recommend it to other enthusiasts.
Actually the model quality exceeded my expectations! Despite a minor flaw inside assembly instructions (spoiler), it was very easy to build, and surprise surprise, this one actually contained two sets of car body to swap out! Maybe not as a single piece, but still an amazing work ❤️ the exhibition container looks stunning, showing off the car in its full glory, giving it even more an illegal import looks, especially in tuned bodykit 🔥 Thanks for your work, and if I'll find more space for newer additions to my collection, I'm definitely in 🎉

Build & instructions
The German Hot Hatch takes between 2-3h to complete depending on your pace and experience, suited for builders who enjoy detailed, deliberate assembly. Each set ships with a printed step-by-step manual, designed for clarity and made to be kept alongside the model. Building pieces come sorted in numbered bags so you can work through the build in stages. Recommended setup: clean, well-lit surface and a few uninterrupted hours.
Compatibility & quality
Every Minibricks® set is built from high-grade ABS plastic, the same material standard used by leading building brick brands. Pieces are fully compatible with the major brick systems you already collect — integrate the model into your existing setup or customize details with parts you have on hand. Tolerances are tight by design: each brick clicks with precision and holds shape over years of display.
Care & support
Once built, the model is designed for permanent display. Place it inside the included Display Container to keep dust off, or showcase directly on the shelf. To clean, use a soft brush or compressed air — avoid liquids or chemical solvents that can damage the plastic finish. Lost a piece during the build or after?
